According to the CNYCenertal.com, the agency has begun to build an office specifically tasked with monitoring social media accounts, dispatch radio and a live feed from police cameras across the city among other capabilities.

The agency will reportedly spend roughly $190,000 on the new facility. It will be manned 24/7.
