A car dealership has volunteered to fully pay off the car loan of Deputy Jacob Keltner, who was murdered as he and other members of a regional fugitive task force attempted to serve an arrest warrant in early March.

According to WBBM Radio, the dealership's owner, Gary Rosenberg, was moved by the news of Keltner's death, especially after he learned that the Keltner family had bought a van from his dealership two years ago.

"I just decided to pay [the loan] off," he told the radio station in an interview.
