Assistant Chief Dies One Week after Suffering Brain Aneurysm

Assistant Chief of Police Dennis Vincent with the Brigham City (UT) Police Department died one week after suffering a brain aneurysm while participating in his annual physical fitness evaluation, according to Fox News.

The incident occurred at a local high school on October 18, 2018. Vincent was transported to a nearby hospital, where he died on October 26, 2018.

Vincent began his law enforcement career with the Willard Police Department in 1990, eventually serving as chief of police.

In 1994, Vincent joined the Brigham City Police Department, where he was assistant chief of police and emergency manager for Brigham City.

He is survived by his wife, four sons, three grandchildren, and three siblings.
