A Memphis (TN) police officer is listed in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle during a traffic stop Monday night.

A Memphis (TN) police officer is listed in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle during a traffic stop Monday night, according to a report by the Commercial Appeal.

Memphis police said the officer was struck by a passing pickup truck driven by 44-year-old Cleodis Davis.

Davis has been charged with DUI, vehicular assault, aggravated assault, and driving with a suspended license.
