One of the two detectives shot in a Tuesday night ambush in Camden, NJ, was released from the hospital on Thursday morning, according to NJ.com.

Two plainclothes officers — who are detectives with the Camden County Police Department — were shot as they sat in their SUV at a red light.

Police are still looking for two men who fled the scene in a white van, with multiple agencies participating in the manhunt.

The New Jersey State PBA offered a $20,000 reward for information on the gunmen.

"We want these dangerous criminals brought to justice as quickly as possible and we are confident that this reward will help," PBA President Patrick Colligan said. "Our thoughts and prayers are with both detectives as they recover from this assault."
