South Dakota Tribal Officer Killed Off Duty Saturday During Domestic Incident Identified

KOTA-TV in Rapid City reported Monday that tribal officials said Garrett, 52, is a 10-year veteran of the force who was not on duty at the time of the shooting and that his wife is in custody.
