Baltimore Detective Was Shot With Own Gun, Struggled With Killer

Baltimore homicide Detective Sean Suiter was shot and killed with his own gun and there was evidence of a struggle between Suiter and his killer, Baltimore Police Commissioner Kevin Davis said Wednesday.

Davis also said Suiter had been scheduled to testify before a federal grand jury the day after he was shot, Davis said, although he was not the target of the investigation, reports the Baltimore Sun.

Authorities are offering a $215,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
