Envisage Technologies announced that the Indiana State Police (ISP) has awarded them a contract for the Acadis Readiness Suite. Acadis will support legally defensible training and certification records for ISP’s 1,350 sworn law enforcement officers.

ISP will utilize Acadis to streamline the management and tracking of training, certifications, and employment for the state’s sworn law enforcement officers including course registration, document management, and testing.  Acadis will support the entire hire-to-retire lifecycle to ensure that each officer remains in compliance with Indiana certification requirements. The use of Acadis is expected to result in significant cost savings for the State of Indiana as it will allow for the transition to a digital record-keeping system and further streamline the technical relationship between ISP and the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy, which is also an Acadis customer.

"We look forward to assisting the Indiana State Police as they modernize their training management practices," said Envisage CEO, Ari Vidali. "Acadis will help streamline the operations and sharing of information between the state’s law enforcement training entities, as well as reduce the costs of printing, mailing, and storage of documents."
