The Idaho State Police have released dramatic video of a high-speed chase from April 2015 which shows the driver being ejected from a rolling vehicle.

ISP says Jose Manuel Sanchez of Boise led police on a high-speed chase that began on Chinden Boulevard, through Boise, and then eventually onto eastbound I-84.

Troopers followed the vehicle until it rolled in Elmore County. Sanchez was ejected from the vehicle and he tried to run, but he was quickly taken into custody, KBOI TV reports.

Sanchez was charged with felony battery on an officer, eluding, and possession of a controlled substance and sentenced to 15 years in prison last December.
