Tactical gear and apparel manufacturer 5.11 Tactical has teamed up with modern sporting rifle manufacturer J.P. Enterprises to sell a line of precision rifles.
The 5.11 Always Be Ready Edition rifles by JP Enterprises come in three configurations:
• JP-15—Chambered in .223/5.56 NATO for military and law enforcement operators, the JP15 comes with a Magpul stock and is outfitted with all the features of a patrol rifle except optics and lights.
• SCR-11—The JP Enterprises SCR-11 is a lightweight, competition rifle available in .223/5.56 or .300 Blackout. The JP Enterprises SCR-11 is also available in the Pro Package with an additional upper receiver chambered in .223 or .300 to give the serious competitive shooter the option of having two different calibers on the same rifle platform
• LRP-07—The JP Enterprises LRP-07 is chambered in .308 Win for long range precision
All of the 5.11 Always Be Ready rifles are being released in Storm Grey, a new tactical color that the company says is extremely effective for urban camouflage. Modesto, Calif.-based 5.11 recently released much of its tactical gear and apparel in Storm Grey.
