An off-duty Altoona (Pa.) Police officer has been reassigned to restrictive desk duty after he was arrested for punching a man who bared his buttocks at a Kid Rock concert.

An off-duty Altoona (Pa.) Police officer has been reassigned to restrictive desk duty after he was arrested for punching a man who bared his buttocks at a Kid Rock concert.

Officer Matthew Plummer, 27, was charged with aggravated assault Saturday by Hanover Township Police following his confrontation with the man. Plummer and his wife were riding in a bus, when a man mooned the bus, reports WPXI.

Plummer exited the bus and the two men argued, before the off-duty officer struck the man.
