Gahanna (Ohio) Police administrators have begun reviewing an officer's dash-cam video after he used a PIT maneuver to halt the pursuit of a suspect who had exposed himself at a drive-through window.

Gahanna (Ohio) Police administrators have begun reviewing an officer's dash-cam video after he used a PIT maneuver to halt the pursuit of a suspect who had exposed himself at a drive-through window.

Earlier this month, the officer pursued Donald Ball who refused to stop. The officer struck the side of Ball's Jeep, causing it to spin out. No one was hurt. Ball told officers he had smoked crack cocaine prior to the incident, reports ABC News.
