An undercover Saco (Maine) Police officer was sexually assaulted by a man while he was investigating complaints of illicit activity at a city park.

Allen Hahn, 64, approached the officer at 1 p.m. Thursday and after a brief conversation grabbed the officer's genitals through his clothing and asked, "Are we doing this?" The officer identified himself and immediately arrested Hahn, reports the Bangor Daily News.

Hahn has been charged with assault and unlawful sexual contact—both Class D misdemeanors.
