The gunman has been identified as David Matusiewicz, who entered the lobby of the courthouse and opened fire, reports CBS Philly. The victims were shot at 8:15 a.m. before then entered the security checkpoint, reports Philly.com.

Two Delaware Capitol Police officers were wounded in the shooting. The gunman's bullets struck both in their body armor.
