Lead Agency Spent $500K on Dorner Manhunt

The agency used 125 deputies to scour the Big Bear area following the murder of a Riverside Police officer and Irvine couple. The LAPD had yet to total the cost of providing security details for 50 officers named in Dorner's manifesto.

The six-day manhunt to catch Chris Dorner cost the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department more than $500,000, reports ABC News.
