An Iowa City Police officer pulled over a black SUV for speeding, and rather than offering a warning or ticket, he provided another service. He helped a couple deliver their third child.

An Iowa City Police officer pulled over a black SUV for speeding, and rather than offering a warning or ticket, he provided another service. He helped a couple deliver their third child.

Officer Kevin Wolfe activated his lights after observing the speeding vehicle, which stopped and began flashing its brake lights. The driver exited the SUV and warned the officer that his wife was going into labor.

Officer Wolfe helped the couple wrap the newborn in a blanket, reports the Iowa City Press Citizen.
