The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund will engrave the names of 321 officers onto the national police memorial in Washington, D.C. this year.

The officers will be honored at the annual candlelight vigil, which is now in its 25th year, on May 13 as part of National Police Week. The new names bring the total number of officers honored to 19,981.

This year, the Memorial Fund will engrave the names of 120 officers killed in the line of duty in 2012 and 201 officers who fell in previous years who were uncovered by research, according to the Memorial Fund.
