A Mississippi man accused of sending at least two ricin-laced letters to President Obama and Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.) has been released from jail, reports WREG.

Kevin Curtis, an Elvis impersonator, was facing federal charges in the cases. On Monday, the FBI said a search of Curtis' home revealed no traces of ricin. Curtis' relatives told WREG that investigators found a fingerprint on one of the letters that points to someone else.

Charges have been dropped against Curtis and FBI agents searched the home of another man connected with the case on Tuesday, reports the Washington Post.
