A Hurst (Texas) Police officer has been placed on administrative leave after a citizen's cell-phone video showed him berating a teen during a physical arrest.

Assistant Police Chief Steve Niekamp told reporters Monday that agency leaders "do not condone this behavior" in announcing the internal investigation of Officer Disraeli Arnold, reports the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

The incident began at about 3:30 p.m. Nov. 20, when Officer M. Jimenez contacted Andrew Rodriguez, 17, in Bellaire Park. He discovered an outstanding warrant for Rodriguez, who pushed the officer and began a scuffle. Rodriguez' friend, Jordan Rojas, pulled out his phone and began recording.

As the two scuffled, Officer Arnold ran up and kneed Rodriguez. He then began a profane tirade, yelling "Move and die! Move and f**king die! F**king move again!"

Rodriguez's mother, Kelly Pope, told KDFW Channel 4 that Arnold needs to be fired. Officer Arnold has served the agency for four years and has received glowing performance reviews.
