Prosecutor: Teens Caught Rapping, Dancing on Cruiser

Marvin Levante Carter has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is out of jail on his own recognizance after the New Year's Day arrest in the back parking lot of the Daly City Police Department, San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said.

A 16-year-old Daly City boy was also arrested in connection with the damage. Wagstaffe said the teens planned to post their rap video on YouTube.
