Christian Wehbe Jr. confronted Bong Kuk Pak with a handgun during the Sunday incident and shot him twice in self-defense. Pak had entered the store at 2595 S. Maryland Parkway shortly after noon wearing black gloves, a white shirt and gray knit cap that covered his face, reports the Las Vegas Sun.

After Pak swung the sword several times at the cash register, Wehbe shot Pak twice.
