Ga. Man Arrested, After Shooting Officer

Michael Anthony Brooks II, 24, was charged with three counts of aggravated assault, two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, two counts of theft and two counts of obstruction of a police officer.

The man accused of shooting a Chickamauga (Ga.) Police officer in the leg Thursday faces at least nine felony charges, Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson said.
