The man shot by a Florida Highway Patrol trooper early Monday in a Tampa Bay area cemetery owned the business, reports MyFoxTampaBay.

Trooper Daniel Cole, a 13-year veteran, tracked the LoJack signal from a stolen car to a warehouse building on cemetery property and reportedly fired at a man with a gun. The man was later identified as Clifford Work, who owned the Royal Palm North Cemetery where the shooting took place.

Work was shot in the leg and is expected to recover.
