A Minnesota State Patrol trooper was arrested Wednesday morning after he allegedly showed up for in-service training while intoxicated.

Trooper Nick Morse has been placed on administrative leave after driving his squad car from his Two Harbors home to Duluth. He arrived for training at 8:10 a.m.

Morse was arrested after failing a sobriety test, reports the Duluth News Tribune.
