A Carlisle (Pa.) Police officer needed his TASER to subdue a 51-year-old man who pushed children aside so he could get candy tossed to attendees of a Halloween parade.

Frederick Pisano will likely face charges after Monday's incident, reports WHTM.

The officer was punched when he confronted Pisano, who attendees reported was acting rudely and pushing children. Pisano may have a medical condition that will help explain the attack.
