The 14-year-old son of a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent was arrested this morning on suspicion of shooting his father to death at their Carson house, reports the Daily Breeze.

Investigators would not speculate on whether the Wednesday night killing in the 19300 block of Broadacres Avenue was accidental or pre-meditated. The boy allegedly fired a gunshot from the backyard into the home, striking his father as he sat in a chair watching television, deputies said.
