During his two years as the Auburn (Mich.) Police Department's lone officer, Sylvester Poltorak handled 120 complaints that resulted in no arrests, reports the Bay City Times.

The department was disbanded at the end of 2011, after city leaders decided to contract with the Bay County Sheriff's Office for law enforcement services. Between Sept. 1, 2009 and Dec. 8, 2011 when Officer Poltorak was on duty, Bay County Deputy Anthony Peter handled 564 complaints In Auburn and performed 87 arrests.

Deputy Peter has been assigned to patrol Auburn.
