Officers fatally shot Abdul Arian on Thursday in Woodland Hills, after a high-speed pursuit. Arian swerved on the freeway, exited his vehicle, and made weapon-pointed gestures at officers. No gun was recovered from the scene. However, Arian told a 911 dispatcher that he was not afraid of cops and would "pull my gun out on them."
