Responding officers stopped Chad Brothers, 32, who was tearing up a Gold's Gym in a one-man riot on Monday.

The 6-1, 230-pound Brothers arrived at 5:45 a.m. for a workout and went into a violent frenzy, flipping over 700-pound weight machines and heaving dumbbells, reports the Times Union.

Brothers attacked a female officer who first responded to the scene, grabbing her after she snapped on one handcuff and throwing her over his back. Brothers received four or five TASER shocks before officers and gym-goers were able to bring him down.
