VIDEO: Suspect Attacks Ind. Cops with Large Knife

Lafayette (Ind.) Police have released dash-cam footage showing the fatal shooting of a suspect who stabbed an officer in the face with a large knife.

The shooting happened Oct. 19 after a nearly four-mile chase. Officers began pursuing a black Cadillac driven by Paul Spencer, 39, after they observed him driving the wrong way on downtown streets, reports WLFI.

After running off the road, Spencer stabbed Officer Ron Dombkowski in the left cheek. Officers Jeff Webb and Joe Fisher then fired 10 shots, seven of which struck Spencer, reports the Journal & Courier.
