A female Arroyo Grande (Calif.) Police officer has filed the first of three expected lawsuits against the city and police chief, claiming sexual discrimination and harassment.

Officer Kimberly Martin's lawsuit claims she and two other female officers were harassed by Officer Barry Bridge. The women also claim Chief Steve Annibali promoted male officers ahead of equally qualified females and gave preferential treatment to male officers at range training and for uniform inspections, reports Cal Coast News.
