A hit-and-run suspect fought off a TASER and broke a San Jose Police officer's nose, before other officers arrested him Christmas morning.

Officers tracked Paul Pierce, 69, to a house on 24th and San Fernando streets at 10:24 a.m. Several officers confronted Pierce, who had a $50,000 warrant. He told the officers, "No, you're not arresting me." Pierce fought off a TASER, and was eventually taken into custody, reports the Silicon Valley Mercury News.
