Texas Roller-Rink Shooter 'Had Targets'

A father fatally shot his estranged wife and four members of her family during a private party for their 11-year-old son at Forum Roller World in Grand Prarie.

A father fatally shot his estranged wife and four members of her family during a private party for their 11-year-old son at Forum Roller World in Grand Prarie.

The gunman, Tan Do, 35, and wife, Trini Do, 29, had rented out the family-owned roller rink and were hosting the party when witnesses said Do pulled out a weapon and started firing.

Employee Jerell Zackery said Do was deliberate and focused as he shot people one by one.

"He pointed [the gun] at my friend," employee Jerell Zackery is quoted in an NBC DFW report. "He pointed at him and told him to get down and shot. So he wasn't trying to kill, like, random people. He had targets."
