NYPD Cop Accused of Gunpoint Rape Says DA Targeted Him

Officer Michael Pena, 27, is accused of pointing his 9mm service weapon at a 25-year-old Bronx teacher and raping her behind an Inwood apartment building on Friday morning. In an interview with the Daily News, Pena said the DA is "arresting cops, indicting cops."

The New York City police officer who has been arrested for allegedly raping a school teacher at gunpoint is claiming the Manhattan District Attorney is targeting him because a jury acquitted two officers of rape earlier this year.
