Fellow Officers Help Bail Out Fullerton Cop

A group of fellow officers have banded together to support Fullerton (Calif.) Police officer Miguel Ramos, raising the $1 million in bail to ensure his release while he awaits trial in the beating death of Kelly Thomas.

A group of fellow officers have banded together to support Fullerton (Calif.) Police officer Miguel Ramos, raising the $1 million in bail to ensure his release while he awaits trial in the beating death of Kelly Thomas.

Officer Ramos, who was captured in an audio recording telling Thomas his fists "are getting ready to f--- you up" prior to chasing him down, was released from Orange County Jail at 2:20 a.m. this morning.

The two charged officers won't recieve pay while they face charges, reports the Los Angeles Times.
