EMA Tactical Introduces Three-Window Magazine

The three-window system allows the operator to keep track of the number of remaining rounds and facilitates timely magazine changes without the operator losing a sight picture. Simply glancing down at the back of the magazine from a cheek weld shows the approximate number of rounds remaining.

EMA Tactical has introduced the Three Window Magazine (MAG3W) that allows an operator to see how many rounds are present in a single magazine.

The three-window system allows the operator to keep track of the number of remaining rounds and facilitates timely magazine changes without the operator losing a sight picture. Simply glancing down at the back of the magazine from a cheek weld shows the approximate number of rounds remaining.

The magazine fits 30, .223/5.56 rounds and is made of polymer with an anti-tilt follower and stainless steel spring. It weighs 5.44 ounces empty.

When full, the operator sees rounds in the top two windows. The orange follower is visible in the lower window, indicating a full magazine. When the middle window is empty, 19 rounds remain. When the upper window is empty, only 11 rounds remain.
