Kevin Randleman has been charged with five counts invovling his alleged killing of a Sandusky (Ohio) Police officer and could face the death penalty if convicted, reports Fox Toledo.
Randleman fired five shots at Officer Andrew Dunn at 3:30 a.m. Sunday, after the officer contacted Randleman while he rode his bicycle.
The 50-year-old Randleman has been charged with aggravated murder, having a weapon under disability, a concealed carry violation, and two specifications — that the victim was an on-duty police officer and a gun was used in the commission of the crime.
