Phoenix Police Officer Richard Chrisman, 36, entered a not-guilty plea to charges of second-degree murder charge for the on-duty shooting death of an unarmed suspect, reports MyFoxPhoenix.

Chrisman responded to a domestic-violence call at a South Phoenix trailer and allegedly pointed a gun to the head of 29-year-old Danny Frank Rodriguez, shot a dog and fired at Rodriguez.
