Former NYPD Auxiliary Officer Made 100 Bogus 911 Calls

Rakim Alli, 24, of Jamaica, Queens, identified himself as an active law enforcement agent during the calls. Alli had worked for four years as an auxilliary officer in Queens.

A former auxiliary officer with the New York Police Department placed 100 911 calls over a six-month period that sent officers rushing to bogus calls, reports the New York Daily News.
