The judge overseeing the trial of a Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police officer who has been accused of sexually assaulting six women while on duty ordered the release of the officer's personnel file, reports the Charlotte Observer.
With the release of the records, the public gained access to the personnel files of a North Carolina police officer — CMPD Officer Marcus Jackson is facing the charges — for the first time.
