Utah Univ. Cop On Leave for Gun-Memo Leak

A campus officer and security guard from the University of Utah are on paid administrative leave after leaking an internal memo about how to respond to open-carry.

The University of Utah has placed a campus officer and security guard on paid administrative leave after they leaked an internal memo outlining how to approach those who carry a weapon in plain sight.

The Students for Concealed Carry group posted the memo online, stating that it was unfair to students who are lawfully carrying.
