Holder Says He May File Second Suit Against Arizona

Attorney General Eric Holder said he may order a second legal challenge of Arizona's tough new immigration law if he believes it is resulting in racial profiling, he said Sunday.

Holder made the announcement on CBS' "Face the Nation" news program. The Department of Justice has already sued to overturn the law based on the concept of preemption that immigration falls under federal rather than state control.

The law is schedule to go into effect July 29.
