Philly Officer Who Stole $825 From Bar Involuntarily Committed

A 26-year veteran Philadelphia PD officer who stole $825 from a cafe on his way to a suspected robbery call has been involuntarily committed to a mental institution, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Officer Kenneth Crockett becomes the eleventh officer arrested since March 2009.
