Seattle police officers who arrived at a grocery store Monday evening to question a domestic-violence suspect fatally shot the man, after he fought with them and pulled a gun from his waistband, the Seattle Times reports.

The man, in his 30s, was an employee at the Wedgwood QFC grocery story. He was a suspect in a domestic-violence felony purportedly committed on Sunday.
