Owner Warned After Florida Deputy Shoots Charging Pit Bull 'Hoss'

The deputy didn't ticket owner Angela Minacapelli, yet animal control officers warned her about securing the animals, which had reportedly charged nearby residents.

Brevard County (Fla.) Sheriff's deputy Christopher Ginther shot and killed a pit bull names "Hoss," after the animal charged toward him after escaping from an unsecured gate, reports Florida Today.

The call reported three dogs loose.
