The Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board has begun taking suggestions from federal and local law enforcement agencies about how to train the state's 15,000 officers, deputies, and state police on enforcing the nation's toughest immigration law, the Arizona Republic reports.

The Arizona P.O.S.T. Board is considering ideas such as 5-10 minute videos that could be played for officers during daily briefings or additional sensitivity training to prevent racial profiling.
