Arizona Sheriff Calls Immigration Law Racist and Won't Enforce It

In an interview with a local TV channel, Dupnik calls the law racist and says he won't enforce it. He also says he currently detains illegal immigrants and transfers them to ICE officials.

Pima County (Ariz.) Sheriff Clarence Dupnik is speaking out against his state's new immigration law that imposes to responsibilities on officers and deputies for enforcing illegal immigration, SFGate reports.

In an interview with a local TV station, Dupnik calls the law racist and says he won't enforce it. He also says he currently detains illegal immigrants and transfers them to ICE officials.
