Woman Who Shot Dallas SWAT Officer Gets 45 Years

Former officer Carlton Marshall, who is now wheelchair bound, said he has forgiven Marisela Villa, even though he holds her responsible.

The woman who shot a Dallas SWAT officer during a 2007 raid of the home of her suspected drug-dealer boyfriend has received a 45-year sentence for paralyzing the lieutenant, the Dallas Morning News reports.
