Pa. Chief Claims Speeding Ticket Was Retribution

The young female chief of the Mount Jewett (Pa.) PD is challenging a speeding ticket from a Pennsylvania state trooper she claims ticketed her intentionally for rejecting his advances, according to an AP story.

Nataliya Miroslavna, 26, contends Trooper Dale Vukovich Jr. ticketed her for driving 51mph in a 45mph zone, while she drove to work in uniform.
