During the NBA's offseason, Shaquille O'Neal was traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers from the Miami Heat. His next step: qualify as a sheriff's deputy in Ohio.

O'Neal, who was a reserve officer with the Miami Beach Police Department when he played for the Miami Heat, would need to be approved by the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy, The Plain Dealer reports.
